Seamon Edward West, son of Andrew and Sara West, was born at Bobo, Ark., December 20, 1903 and departed this life, October 9, 1955 at the age of 51 years, 10 months and 18 days, at his home in Green Forest. Death came suddenly Sunday morning. He had not apparently been ill at all.
He was united in marriagre to Lena May Meade, September 12,1924 at Orrell. To this uinion was born one son, Manley West and one daughter, Donnie Opal Hopper, both of whom reside at Thermal, California.
He is survived by his wife and two children, two grandsons, Gary West and Larry Hopper; six brothers and sisters, Tommie West, Springfield, Mo., Mrs Olliie McGehee, Alpena, Ark., Mrs. Emma Glbbs, Salinas, Calif., Henry West, Greenfield, Calif., Albert West, att, Salinas, Calif., Albert West, Babitt, Nevada,. also his mothier-in-law, Mrs. L. B. Meade of the home, and a host of relatives arid friends.

West, 80, Fair Grove, died at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3, 2001, in Cox-Walnut Lawn Skilled Care. Lloyd was a farmer and was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a very loved and respected man. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Keith Junior; one brother, Lor-en Almus West; and one sister, Cliffy Mann. He is survived by his wife, Leilani West; 10 children. Gene, Tom, Dean, Jay, Joann, June, Phyliss, Niana, Denise, and Tammy Jo; 25 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; many friends; and four sisters, Cleo Hooper, Elnora Evel, Wyona Blivens, and Bonnie Catterson.
