George Porter West Jr. age 69 of Bryant died Friday, January 10 at Erlanger Medical Center.
Survivors include wife, Jessie Lee Miller West, daughters, Mellisa Tipton(Curtis), Laura Gonzalez, sons, George West III(Carrie), Bill West, Dennis West, 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and sister, Melba Louise Reed.
Mr. West was a Veteran serving in the US Army, a member of Life and Praise Church in Stevenson, and worked as a Supervisor at Tri-State Hydraulics.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Porter West and Laura Ione Bean West, 12 brothers and sisters.
