Of the people listed in the case [1855], they are as follows:
TURNER: Children of George Washington Turner (1778-1840) and his wife, Mary Ann "Polly" (maiden name unknown) Turner (1777-1849):
Job Turner 1800-1852 [Isabella (West) Turner, widow of Job]
James Turner 1798-1885
George W Turner 1811-1881
John Turner 1800-unk [not a resident of Indiana in 1855]
Rhoda (Turner) Cavett 1800-1884 and Moses Cavett 1800-1884
Mary (Turner) West 1800-1887 and Isaac West 1804-1898 (Isabell's brother)
[Elizabeth (Turner) Sullens 1815-1848, wife of Carson Sullens. She was deceased. Her children were listed.]
Children of Elizabeth (Turner) Sullens and Carson Sullens:
Mary Jane (Sullens) [McLean] McClaine (1832-1853) and Thomas [McLean] McClaine
George Washington Sullens (1833-?)
Rhoda E Sullens (1839-?)
John M H Sullens (1843-1908)
Sarah Isabelle Sullens (1845-1942)
[William A Sullens (18461-1849) - deceased, not listed]
BRONAUGH: Possibly two of the sons of Thomas Bronaugh (1794-1829) and Charlotte Tinsley (1800-1844), Thomas Bronaugh Jr and Stephen Ford Bronaugh. The question is why these two were named and not the other children of Thomas and Charlotte? The other children appear to have married by 1846 in Hendricks Co, IN. Stephen and Thomas married in/after 1853. Most of the Bronaughs appear to have moved to Missouri in the 1850s. If the land belonged to Thomas and Charlotte and was inherited by the unmarried youngest two sons, Stephen and Thomas, perhaps this explains why they were the only children named. Note: Daughter Jacintha married James Mahan, son of John Stephen and Nancy (Woodson) Mahan 1841 Hendricks Co, IN.

Thomas Bronaugh, Jr [not a resident of Indiana in 1855]
Ford S Bronaugh [not a resident of Indiana in 1855]
MATTHEWSON: Brockholst Matthewson (Brochurst Mathison?) - I do not know who this person is [not a resident of Indiana in 1855]

HIGGINS: Children of David Higgins (1795-1851) and Helen Mudd (1797-1874):

David Higgins
Michael Higgins (1824-1904)
Eliza Ann (Higgins) Cavett (1825-1896)
John Higgins (1829-1896)
Elizabeth (Higgins) Parker (1830--1911)
Helen (Higgins) Aldridge (1832-1859)
Nancy (Higgins) Carter (1834-1928)
Mary Jane Higgins (1837-1837) - Deceased, not listed
