Lulu M Moser, a long time Laramie resident, died Wednesday Oct 21, at Ivinson Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept 2, 1914 in Afton, a daughter of George W.and Alvina (Tueller) West. She grew up and attended school in Afton. Prior to her graduation with with degrees in history and education from Utah State Agriculture College, she taught school at Green Mountain Dam in Colorado. She later taught at Afton Elementary and Star Valley High School. She as married to Ralph Moser Sept 15, 1950 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Mrs Moser was an operator for Mountan Bell in Laramie for 21 years, retiring as chief operator in the late 1960s. She worked in accounting for three years at the Diamond Horseshoe and then worked at the University of Wyoming with records degree check. retiring from there in 1977. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Warren, Homer and George, and a sister, Lucille.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son George Cardon, Cheyenne; three brothers Jack, Star Valley, Mark, East Alton, and Max, Star Valley. and a sister Anna, Ravaten, Spokane, WA:
Funeral held Oct. 27 at 2 p.m. at the Chureh of Jesus Chriit Latte&y Saints, 15th and Baker. Bishop Duane Rhoades officiated.

Mrs. Ruth West, Widow of the late John Thomas “Tom” West M.D., passed away November 3, 2018 in LaGrange. Ruth was born February 19, 1922 in Seattle Washington to the late Carl and Mabel C. Blakely.
Mrs. West is survived by her children, Phyllis Ernsberger(John) of Portland, OR; Rebecca Okie (Dick) of Warner Robins, GA; James West of LaGrange ; Jeffrey West (Deborah) of Seattle, WA; and Paul West of LaGrange. She leaves seven grandchildren: Abraham Okie, Rebecca Scott, Tom Okie, Karl Ernsbereger, Ellen Hoover, Charlotte Swanson and Deanna Hart, as well as 17 great-grandchildren.
