Funeral services will be held at 4 P M Tuesday at the West family home, 3616 Chamberlayne Av., for Clyde B. West, former member of The Times-Dispatch news itaff, who died Saturday in Brooklyn afler a long period of service an editor os International News Service.
The services will he conducted by the Rev. George Ossman, rec-tor of Monumental Episcopal Church, with burial in Hollywood
Mr. West died as the result of a fall after being struck by an automobile. He was a native of Kinston, N. C. and left The Times-Dispatch to become a member of the Washington Times staff, later going to New York.
He is survived by his widow, the former Miss Maude Randolph Sutton, of Baltimore: five sisters, Mrs. Vivian W, Henshaw, Mrs. George B Christian, Mrs Seddon L. Lindsay, Mrs Frances West Reinhardt and Miss Ina V. West: one brother, Herman H West, all of Richmond; one daughter Mrs Henry M Carr and grandsons Henry M. Carr. Jr and Thomas West Carr of Valley Stream, New York.
