Audrey Eura West of Irving passed away February 22, 2017. She was born on July 27, 1930 in Hollis, Oklahoma to William Washington and Sallie (Swafford) Coward. Audrey was a starter member of Westside Church of Christ in Irving. She worked as an accountant at Hileman, Justice and Company until her retirement in 1992. She was the Dallas Maverick’s biggest fan. She enjoyed baking and remembered everyone’s favorite recipe. Preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Wayne, Terry and sisters Leona “Noni”, Diana Maxine and Jeanette and son-in-law Mike Lindsey. She leaves behind to cherish her memory husband R. J. West, Jr.; daughters Vicki Lindsey; Trudy James; Pam Mackie and husband Rick; brothers Doyle Coward and wife Faunett; and Chester Coward; sisters Tula Ellis and husband Lewis; Barbara Kemp and brother-in-law Tommy West; eight grandchildren; 20 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday February 26, 2017 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday February 27, 2017 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Mark Roberts officiating. Interment will immediately follow the funeral at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
