Ralph W. Moser of Laramie, formerly of Star Valley died Dec 2, 1990, in Little Rock, AR. He was the son of John U. and Lucy Moser of Thayne. Ralph worked in the shipyards in Portland OR during World War II as a welder and pipe-fitter. He married Helen Van Noy, Aug 10, 1935. They divorced in 1945. On Sept 15, 1950 Ralph married Lulu West Cardon and moved to Afton where he owned and operated a blacksmith shop.
In 1957 Ralph and Lulu moved to Laramie. He worked in several states on the gas and oil pipelines and later at the University of Wyoming until his retirement.
Last summer his health was failing rapidly so he went to live with his son Robert in Magnolia AR. He is survived by his mother Lucy Walton Moser, Thayne.
