Responding to a knock on the door at the hour of 5 0'clock Sunday morning, Mrs. Stella Worley, who lives in the north side, disovered an infant snugly arranged in a willow basket. Apparently the girl baby is about two months old, has black hair and eyes and dark skin and shows care both in dress and nurture, but whether it is illegitimate or belongs to some family unable to provide for it perhaps never will be known. Certainly the little miss fell into good hands, for Mrs. Worley took immediate steps to adopt her and will provide her with a good home and a mother's care.
