Irene G. Hodgin, 87, of Williamsburg, NM passed away Sunday, April 15, 2007 in Williamsburg, NM. Irene was born October 3, 1919 in Grant Pass, OR to Jesse J. and Maggie (Cline) West. Irene married Harvey Hodgin on July 5, 1938 in Mountainair, NM. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandsons, Michael Hodgin, Jimmy Hodgin, Steven Hodgin; brothers, Glen West, Carl West; and sister, Hazel West. Irene is survived by her husband, Harvey Hodgin; sons, Lonnie and wife, Jonnie Hodgin; Joe T. and wife, Sarah Lee Hodgin; Ralph and wife, Kathy Hodgin; daughter, Ilene and husband, Charles Hodgin; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary Chapel in Moriarty, NM from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 20, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Assembly of God Church in Mountainair, NM. Rev. Tim Farkas and Rev. John Irvin will be officiating. Pallbearers are Charles Hodgin, Greg Harral, Jeof Harral, Sam Harris, Jack Wilholt, and Clint Welty.
