William West 2d, son of the aforesaid William, born February 27, 1743 (a few months after his father's death). He married Esther, daughter of Jacob and Hannah Art.
Had 5 sons, Wrexham, William, Jacob, John M. and Bailey A., and 3 daughters, Elizabeth (Rodney), born 1774, died 1842; Hetty (McMain) and Hannah (Wiltbank).

John M. West, 4th son of 2nd William and Esther, married Sally White. Had 6 sons, Wrexham, Benjamin, Caleb, George E,, Daniel and John, and 2 daughters, Hetty and Sarah Ann. Died January, 1869.
Wrexham, 1st son of John M. and Sally West, married Martha Tinley. Had 2 sons, Henry H. and Marshall.
Benjamin, 2d son of John M. and Sally West, married Phoebe Lutter, of Amboy. Had 1 son, Daniel.

Elizabeth Lewis was b. Nov. 1, 1697, d, March 26, 1751, dau. of Peter and Grace Lewis. Peter Lewis was one of those who in 1700 had traffic with Captain Kidd, going on board his vessel as it lay off Cape Henlopen and receiving goods from Kidd which he sold or gave away.

Elizabeth West, widow, being in perfect health

31 January 1746
To son Wrixam West - 200 acres of land which I purchased of Samuel Handzor. Also bed and furniture, and ewe. This legacy in lieu of the land bequeathed to him in his father's estate. Also Negro girl named Clarenda
To son Robert West - bed and furniture and that he accept that provided in his father's estate
To son Joseph West - one gold ring and walnut desk. Also a Negro girl named Arada. Also "a good bed and furniture known by the name of my bed". Also 7 pounds when he is of age to be paid by my son Wrixam
To son John West - a Negro woman named Hagger. Provided that the first child of Hagger shall be my son Robert's. Hagger's second child to my son Lewis West. Hagger's third child to my son Peter West. The children to be delivered at the age of two years. Also horse, bridle and a chest. This provided he accepts these legacies in lieu of that left in his father's estate
To son Lewis West - bed and furniture and ewe provided he accept the same as part of his father's estate
To sister Sarah White - my wearing apparel and my side saddle
To sons Robert, Lewis, Peter and Joseph - remainder of estate. If either should die before they are of lawful age, this to be divided among the survivors
To son Peter West - bed and furniture and ewe provided he accept the same as part of his father's estate
To son William West - 30 shillings "to be Laid out in schooling"
Executor: son John West and my brother Benjamin White and they act as guardians to my children
