BIRTH,
Annie Crampton was born 1 August 1879, in Pudsey, Yorkshire, England. She was one of three daughters of Ann Oddy Emsley and Joshua Edwin Crampton.
JOINS LDS CHURCH and EMIGRATES
Annie and her mother were baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1901. Her sisters Edith Hannah and Sarah Louisa were baptized in 1902.1 Annie had left England for the United States in 1906. Her sisters followed her in 1908
CHILDREN
Annie and Albert West had two children: Edwin Lanta, born 20 May 1912, in Enterprise, Utah; and Edith Louise, 15 October 1914, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
SECOND MARRIAGE
In 1915, shortly before age 46, Albert West was killed by one of his horses.
On 21 December 1916, Annie married James Edwin Hall, in Salt Lake City. His parents were Sarah Ann Mather and Newton Daniel Hall. His wife Lucinda Maria Foy had also died in 1915. Jim Hall was a carpenter.
ANNIE'S DEATH
Annie died 7 June 1944, about one and a half months short of age 65.

Son of John West and Sarah Walker.
John's body lies in the Porter Campground Cemetery. As that cemetery is now [2011] in the middle of a forest owned by Georgia-Pacific, Glynn A. West prior to 2009 moved his headstone and installed it in the Macedonia Cemetery. John is Glynn's great-grandfather. Glynn had the GPS coordinates for John and his son, George's actual burial site engraved on the back of the stone so the actual location would not be forgotten.
